- Yoga Session: Stretch and strengthen with a 45-minute Yoga Sculpt class led by the best Core Power instructors. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is perfect for all levels. Yoga mats will be provided by Stakt, ensuring your comfort and support.

"I was diagnosed with a rare form of pediatric cancer, Rhabdomyosarcoma, when I was 21 years old. I went through nine months of chemotherapy, surgery and radiation to eradicate every last cancer cell from my body. I am now a little over four years cancer free, and the healthiest I have ever been. In 2023, I participated as a team member for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Immediately, I was drawn to the fundraising program and felt connected to the cause. I am so grateful for the opportunity to lead a team of my own, in order to rid the world of blood cancer.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on this same vision--of a better world--one without blood cancers.
